Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages with precision and flair.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Demonstrate patience and attentiveness, especially during busy events.
Innovate and contribute creative ideas for new menus and drink offerings.
Efficiently manage space and resources to optimize workflow and guest experience.

Requirements
Proven experience as a bartender, with a strong understanding of mixology and beverage service.
Fluent in either German or English
Creative mindset with a passion for innovating new ideas and menus.
Self-motivated and capable of managing space and resources independently.
Exceptional customer service skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
Must be legally eligible to work in Germany.
