Hi, I'm Fatema Darbar.
Nearly 10 years ago, I moved to Dresden from India with zero contacts and have since navigated freelancing, employment, and now, entrepreneurship. Along the way, I've organized close to 500 events, building a community of over 3,000 members that bridges the gap between internationals and locals.
Creating a safe and supportive space for participants is central to my approach. I understand how vital it is for people to feel secure when discussing the challenges of integration. With my background in Authentic Leadership, I focus on fostering a sensitive and inclusive environment where participants can openly share their experiences, learn, and grow together.
Having experienced the challenges of building a life abroad firsthand, I bring a unique international perspective to this workshop. I’ll share my journey, insights, and strategies to help you transition smoothly.
