Welcome to InterLokal! Let me share the backstory behind this venture,

Dresden, with its enchanting allure, captivated my heart from the moment I set foot here. The city boasts an exquisite blend of old-world charm and modern convenience. Yet, can these factors alone anchor one's long-term connection to a city?

in my view, to feel a sense of belonging in a city, one needs to have genuine human connections as well as some fun and animation. This is what we create through InterLokal!

InterLokal is a Co-working Cafe with members from around the world - India, Russia, Germany, Nicaragua, Columbia, Iran and Italy, and travelers who use Co-working services during transit time. Our uniqueness doesn't stop at cultural diversity; it extends to the wide array of work and industries too. Here, you'll find an intriguing mix of business owners, non-profit founders, employees, and freelancers spanning a multitude of industries. It's this fusion of cultures and professions that makes this space ideal for productive work and creative collaboration.

The fun and animation come through the Community Space where we regularly organise events to foster connections. Events include InterLokal Stammtisch, International Pub Quiz, Authentic Relations Games Evening, Improv Theatre and Karaoke Nights. Each event is crafted to cater to a wide range of preferences and personalities. For those seeking meaningful and profound conversations, our Authentic Relations Games Evening provides the perfect platform. If you're looking for casual chats and language exchange, our Stammtisch events are ideal. Meanwhile, our improv theatre events offer a space for spontaneous storytelling and creativity, And when it comes to fostering teamwork, having fun, and more, our International Pub Quiz promises a delightful experience.

InterLokal was born in September of 2021 as a shared space with Hostel Mondpalast. Since February 2023, we have had our own little location in the heart of Neustadt.

The flexible, easily accessible, and inviting atmosphere makes it an ideal venue for Private Rentals, whether it's for team meetings, events, or personal celebrations. Over time, we've had the pleasure of hosting esteemed organizations such as the Rotary Club Dresden International, Solawi Freigut e.V., IrinaStengelART, Silicon Saxony, intap GmbH and numerous startups based in Dresden.

My vision is to bridge the gap between international and local people/projects, fostering a sense of welcome for all in Dresden.
