Terms and Conditions for coworking subscription

Thank you for choosing to become a member of InterLokal. Please read the following membership policy carefully before signing up:

1. Membership and Payment

Membership can start on any day of the month. Invoices will be issued at the beginning of each month. Payment is due within 14 days of receipt of the invoice

2. Pause Membership

Members can pause their membership up to twice a year. A 14-day advance notice is required to pause the membership.

3. Access

a. Members will receive a private lock code for flexible access during weekdays.

b. For access on non-weekdays, members must request in advance.

4. Private Meeting Room and Coworking Space Reservations

a. There is a joint calendar for reserving both the coworking space and the private meeting room. Please update the calender with your reservations for Co-working and Private Meeting Room information.

b. Members can use the private meeting room for up to 2 hours a day during Co-working days which is Wednesday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Charge for extra time 12€/ hour.

c. Priority is given to the person who reserves the room on the calendar.

5. Community Membership

a. Members receive access to a community membership with Coworking. This includes access to a WhatsApp group, invitations to regular events, seminars, and meet-ups.

b. Members will receive a special armband for access to exclusive events. With this armband, members will also get free or reduced entry to in house events.

6. Conduct

a. Members must respect the coworking space and other members.

b. Noise levels should be kept to a minimum to ensure a conducive working environment.

c. Members are allowed to make phone calls both in the meeting room and outside, but they should keep their voices low to avoid disturbing others.

d. Similarly, members not on calls should respect those who are by maintaining a low noise level.

e. Any property damage caused by a member will be their responsibility.

7. Cleanliness

a. Members are expected to keep their workspaces clean and tidy.

b. Shared facilities such as kitchen and meeting rooms should be left clean after use.

8. Security

a. Members are responsible for their personal belongings.

b. The coworking space is not liable for any lost or stolen items.

9. Events

a. Private or public events may be organized at the space on certain days, such as Monday and Tuesday, and after 7 PM throughout the week.

b. Coworking may not be possible when the space is booked for private events; this information will be displayed as "Private Event" on the calendar. Members should check the calendar before booking or using the space to avoid conflicts. Members will be informed of these events via the joint calendar at least 7 days in advance.

10. Termination

a. Membership can be terminated by either party with a 1-month notice.

b. Any outstanding fees must be settled before termination.

11. Changes to Terms

a. The coworking space reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions.

b. Members will be notified of any changes in advance.
