Discuss the benefits of juicing, particularly for busy and budget-minded individuals
Tips on how to integrate juicing into daily life
Prepare and demonstrate two juice recipes, a nut milk recipe
Techniques for cleaning, cutting, and blending ingredients
Tips on juice combinations, using a cloth bag, and enjoying the final product
Interactive Session - Participants pair up to create their own juices using provided blenders and ingredients
A lighthearted activity, such as creating cocktail ideas (with or without alcohol) and ‘cake’ like smoothies

We will provide you with the ingredients and the blenders, but if you would like to contribute in anyway please let us know.
