The Artsea Evenings are back! Together with Jude Anthony, we invite you to the second Artsea evening. This is an informal meetup to draw, compare sketchbooks and talk about art and life.
Everyone from complete beginners to experienced artists are welcome. If you’re new to sketchbooks it’s a good opportunity to learn about what they can be and how they can help in the creative process.
What you should bring?
Your latest sketchbook or, if you’ve never used one before, it’s the perfect time to start one! A sketchbook isn’t compulsory, so if you just want to bring some paper that’s fine too. If you do want to buy one, check out Das Creative Hobby for reasonably priced ones, or Malkasten if you want something more up-market.
Your favorite medium, but nothing too messy, please! If you just have a pencil that’s fine too. We will also provide you materials if you don’t bring anything.
Any old sketchbooks or examples of your work you’d like to share with the other artists
Event details
This event has an entry fee- 8€ which can be paid directly at the venue with cash or card, it includes rent for the space, materials, some drinks, and snacks.
Registration is necessary
No prior knowledge is required to attend the event, it's open to everyone.
The art evening will be led by Jude Anthony, who is a Scottish artist with a Masters in Fine arts from the University of Dundee.
