At the heart of the workshop is the creation of an inner self-portrait . A free and personal representation of your own creativity and yourself on paper or canvas.
My name is Anastasia and I am a Painter who loves to paint inner expressions and portraits with a strong personality! For me, creativity is a valuable source of strength that helps us navigate everyday challenges and see the world in a more conscious, hopeful, and positive way. Creativity can be a powerful force for discovering new perspectives, overcoming prejudices, and building bridges between ideas and people from different backgrounds and cultures.
In this workshop, we will take time to mindfully explore our own creative process and reflect together on the role creativity plays in our lives.
How can creative expression strengthen us?
Where can it open new possibilities?
And how can creativity help us connect with others?
You are completely free in how you choose to express yourself artistically:
We have watercolors, different kinds of pencils and chacorals, paper, wooden surfaces and little canvases to paint on!
Material will be provided by us, but you can also bring your own favorite art supplies if you want.
At the same time, you will receive gentle guidance to support you in developing your own ideas.
At the beginning of the workshop, a small creative surprise from NariKraft will help you ease into the process and spark your imagination.
The workshop offers space for:
open and welcoming connection

exploring your own strengths and creative resources
expressing yourself freely in a supportive atmosphere
The workshop is open to everyone; no previous experience is needed!

We provide water for free to keep you refreshed as you work on your projects. Coffee and other drinks will be available for purchase at our venue.

Hallo und herzlich willkommen zu unserem besonderen Zeichenworkshop im Interlokal in Dresden!
Mein Name ist Anastasia und ich bin Malerin. Ich liebe es, innere Ausdrucksformen und Porträts mit starker Persönlichkeit zu erschaffen!
Im Mittelpunkt des Workshops steht die Gestaltung eines inneren Selbstporträts – eine freie und persönliche Darstellung deiner eigenen Kreativität und deiner selbst auf Papier oder Leinwand.
Für mich ist Kreativität eine wertvolle Kraftquelle, die uns hilft, die Herausforderungen des Alltags zu bewältigen und die Welt bewusster, hoffnungsvoller und positiver wahrzunehmen.
Kreativität kann eine starke Kraft sein, um neue Perspektiven zu entdecken, Vorurteile zu überwinden und Brücken zwischen Ideen und Menschen unterschiedlicher Hintergründe und Kulturen zu bauen.
In diesem Workshop nehmen wir uns bewusst Zeit, unseren eigenen kreativen Prozess zu erkunden und gemeinsam darüber nachzudenken, welche Rolle Kreativität in unserem Leben spielt.
Wie kann kreativer Ausdruck uns stärken?
Wo kann er neue Möglichkeiten eröffnen?
Und wie kann Kreativität uns helfen, uns mit anderen zu verbinden?
Du bist völlig frei darin, wie du dich künstlerisch ausdrücken möchtest:
Wir haben Aquarellfarben, verschiedene Arten von Stiften und Kohle, Papier, Holzoberflächen und kleine Leinwände zum Bemalen!
Das Material wird von uns bereitgestellt, aber du kannst gerne auch deine eigenen Lieblingsmaterialien mitbringen.
Gleichzeitig erhältst du eine sanfte Begleitung und Unterstützung dabei, deine eigenen Ideen weiterzuentwickeln.
Zu Beginn des Workshops wird eine kleine kreative Überraschung von NariKraft dir helfen, entspannt in den Prozess einzutauchen und deine Fantasie anzuregen.
Der Workshop bietet Raum für:
