Welcome to our special portrait workshop at Interlokal in Dresden!
This isn’t just about “portrait drawing” in the traditional sense - it’s a creative inner journey to yourself, guided by art and poetry!
I’m Anastasia Schneider, and I’ve just completed my painting studies at the HfBK Dresden. In this workshop, I’ll guide you through different inspirations for portraiture and help you explore a variety of techniques, from charcoal drawing to painting with gouache. The goal isn’t to create a perfectly realistic portrait – you’re welcome to work abstractly, create a “soul portrait,” or interpret your image freely.
The workshop is also accompanied by poetic elements – alongside the portraits, creative texts are created, giving you the opportunity to engage deeply with yourself and the portrait of your partner. This allows for a truly artistic and personal experience.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll see how unique, beautiful, and individual each person is – and how enriching it can be to appreciate differences and use their potential in art. Together, we create a space for creativity, exchange, and a positive experience of self-expression.
No prior artistic training is required – as long as you bring a love of creativity and a willingness to engage in a shared artistic process, you’re warmly welcome!
There is a small donation-based fee of 8–15€, depending on what you can comfortably contribute.

Willkommen zu unserem besonderen Porträt-Workshop im InterLokal in Dresden! 🌿
Hier geht es nicht einfach ums „Porträtzeichnen“ im klassischen Sinne, sondern um eine kreative innere Reise zu dir selbst, begleitet von Kunst und Poesie !
Ich, Anastasia Schneider, habe gerade mein Studium der Malerei an der HfBK Dresden abgeschlossen und begleite dich dabei, verschiedene Inspirationen zum Thema Portrait kennen zu lernen und dich an unterschiedlichen Maltechniken wie Kohlezeichnung oder Malerei mit Gouache Farben auszuprobieren– Dabei geht es nicht unbedingt um das Erschaffen eines total realistischen Portraits : Du darfst auch abstrakt arbeiten, ein inneres Seelenporträt malen oder dein Bild frei interpretieren.
Begleitet wird der Workshop auch durch poetische Elemente - zu den Portraits entstehen auch kreative Texte, in denen du dich mit dir selbst und dem Portrait deines Gegenübers auseinandersetzt. Dies bietet die Möglichkeit, sich auf einer sehr tiefen und künstlerischen Ebene kennen zu lernen
Am Ende des Workshops wirst du sehen, wie individuell, schön und einzigartig jeder Mensch ist – und wie bereichernd es sein kann, Unterschiedlichkeit zu schätzen und deren Potential in der Kunst zu nutzen. Gemeinsam schaffen wir einen Raum für Kreativität, Austausch und ein positives Erleben der eigenen Persönlichkeit.
Um an dem Workshop teilnehmen zu können, musst du kein ausgebildeter Künstler sein, solange du Spaß an Kreativität mitbringst und die Bereitschaft, in der Gemeinschaft etwas kreatives zu gestalten, bist du Herzlich willkommen !
Es entsteht ein kleiner Unkosten Beitrag auf Spendenbasis von 8-15€, je nachdem, wie viel du dir finanziell leisten kannst.
