Hello, I’m Anastasia, an independent artist from Dresden.
I warmly invite you to join me for an inspiring and creative afternoon at Interlocal!
For me, creativity is a valuable resource and source of strength that helps us navigate everyday challenges and perceive the world in a more conscious, hopeful, and positive way. Creativity can be a powerful force for discovering new perspectives, overcoming prejudices, and building bridges between ideas, viewpoints, and people from different backgrounds and cultures.
In this workshop, we will take time to mindfully explore our own creative process and reflect together on the role creativity plays in our lives. How can creative expression strengthen us? Where can it open new possibilities? And how can creativity help us connect with others?
At the heart of the workshop is the creation of an inner self-portrait a free and personal visual representation of your own creativity on paper or canvas.
You are completely free in how you choose to express yourself artistically. At the same time, you will receive gentle guidance and small creative prompts to support you in developing your own ideas and discovering your personal form of expression.
At the beginning of the workshop, a small creative surprise from NariKraft will help you ease into the process and spark your imagination.
The workshop offers space for:
open and welcoming connection
exchange and meeting new people
exploring your own strengths and creative resources
discovering new perspectives
expressing yourself freely in a supportive atmosphere
This is a painting and drawing workshop. Materials will be provided, and you are welcome to bring your own materials if you like.
The workshop is open to everyone — no previous experience is needed. Curiosity, openness, and the joy of experimenting are at the center of our shared creative experience.

Ich lade euch herzlich zu einem spannenden, kreativen Nachmittag im Interlocal ein!
Für mich ist Kreativität eine wertvolle Ressource und Kraftquelle, die dabei hilft, mit Herausforderungen des Alltags umzugehen und die Welt bewusster und oft auch hoffnungsvoll und positiv wahrzunehmen.
Kreativität kann ein Motor sein, um Neues zu entdecken, Vorurteile abzubauen und Brücken zu bauen – zwischen Gedanken, Perspektiven sowie zwischen Menschen unterschiedlicher Hintergründe und Kulturen.
In meinem Workshop nehmen wir uns Zeit, den eigenen kreativen Prozess achtsam zu erkunden und gemeinsam darüber nachzudenken, welche Rolle Kreativität im eigenen Leben spielt. Wie kann kreativer Ausdruck uns stärken? Wo eröffnet er neue Möglichkeiten? Und wie können wir darüber mit anderen in Verbindung treten?
Im Mittelpunkt steht die Gestaltung eines inneren Selbstporträts – einer freien, persönlichen bildlichen Darstellung der eigenen Kreativität auf Papier und Leinwand.
In der Gestaltung eurer Arbeiten seid ihr ganz frei und könnt euch voll und ganz gestalterisch ausleben!
Ihr seid in eurer Gestaltung Gleichzeitig erhaltet ihr Impulse und unterstützende Anregungen, die euch dabei helfen können, eigene Ideen zu entwickeln und euren persönlichen Ausdruck zu finden.
Zum Einstieg erwartet euch außerdem eine kleine kreative Überraschung, die den Zugang erleichtert und die Fantasie anregt.
Der Workshop bietet Raum für
ein offenes und wertschätzendes Kennenlernen,
Austausch und Vernetzung.
Es handelt sich um einen Mal- und Zeichenworkshop.
Materialien werden zur Verfügung gestellt, eigene Materialien können gerne zusätzlich mitgebracht werden.
Der Workshop ist offen für alle – ganz unabhängig von Vorkenntnissen. Im Vordergrund stehen Neugier, Freude am Ausprobieren und die Möglichkeit, sich selbst und anderen kreativ zu begegnen.
