A Christmas party Your Team Will Remember
It's almost Christmas, and you still don't have plans for your team?
Tired of the same restaurant dinner every year?
Looking for a warm, wholesome way to celebrate together?
We've got you covered. Connection games, a festive South Indian dinner and a creative ceramics workshop, all in one evening, in the heart of Dresden-Neustadt.
More than a Christmas party
The end of the year is a moment to pause, say thank you and celebrate what your team has achieved together. But a good Christmas celebration does more than that. It builds trust, brings new and long-standing colleagues closer, and reminds everyone that they are part of something.
Our evening is designed for exactly that: real conversations, good food and something your team creates together.
THE EVENING AT A GLANCE
Four moments, one wholesome evening
1. Welcome
Fresh chai, house mocktails and a welcome snack as your team arrives.
2. Connect
Playful games that spark laughter and real conversations.
3. Feast
A four-course South Indian dinner, home-cooked by Arusuvai.
4. Create
A ceramics workshop with Gopa Ceramics, with a handmade piece for everyone to keep.
CONNECTION GAMES
Get to know each other in a new way
Hosted by our founder Fatema Darbar, intercultural trainer with over 10 years of experience.
Story Sharing: short personal stories that open up real conversations
Line Up!: your team arranges itself by questions like "Who has lived in Dresden the longest?" or "Who has been with the company the longest?"
Christmas Carol Bingo: we play the tune, your team marks the song
The Mysterious Letter: everyone writes a kind message to a colleague on a beautiful postcard. At the end of the evening, each person receives a card written just for them.
